Single, non-transferrable, Limited Licence

• The MAC address of a controller is required as part of the checkout process.
• This ties the Module that has been purchased to the controller that uses that specific MAC address.
• This cannot be transferred or changed without the express permission of Push Controls.
• Push Controls retains ownership of all Intellectual Property contained in the Module and the creation of the Module.
• Push Controls grants this controller, and only this controller, a limited licence to use the module that has been purchased for that specific MAC address.
• Under the terms of this limited licence, the controller is able to use and utilise all features of the Module but must not:
  • copy, alter, adopt, utilise, exploit or reproduce the Module;
  • use the Module on a different controller;
  • access the source code associated with the Module for any of these purposes; or
  • license, authorise or otherwise transfer these rights to others.

If Push Controls discovers (or has good reason to believe) that the purchaser or the user of the controller has breached this agreement, Push Controls reserves the right to cancel the limited licence and take any action it deems necessary in the circumstances.

RETURNS POLICY

Returned products and refund policy

If incorrect products have been sent to you, you must notify us of the error within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange the incorrect goods to be returned to us at no charge to you. The correct goods will be dispatched immediately with no extra postage charges incurred by the buyer. We reserve the right to charge a minimal fee or replacement cost if returned products are damaged or have been used. You are required to pay any charges if you have ordered the incorrect products and ship the products back to Push Controls.

We will not offer a refund even if a product returned to us is unused and not damaged. Please note that returns will only occur in case we sent you the incorrect products. We can only process products purchased from our website and provide advice on products available on our website.

Security capabilities and policy for transmission of payment card details

All credit card payments are processed securely through the Commonwealth Bank of Australia Payment Gateway. Payment by credit card is the fastest way to receive your order as there is not clearance delay. Push Controls does not store any credit card information on our servers.
